Bail Bond Oversight Board
Replacement Process
As of June 30, 2011 there will be four openings on the Bail Bond Board:
- one member representatiing a different licensed bail bond surety company not already represented on the board;
- one member of the general public who does not have any financial interest in or professional affiliation with any bail bond surety company; and
- one member that is an attorney in good standing licensed to practice law in Utah.
Appointments are for a period of four years with the option of a second term.
